1.1 Age Requirement. Access to cx555 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. cx555 will request government-issued identification documents to verify your age as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility. cx555 primarily serves players located in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or wagering. cx555 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable national or local law. cx555 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

1.3 One Account Policy. Each natural person is permitted to register and operate only one cx555 account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. cx555 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with them.

1.4 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide true, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account profile promptly if any information changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information — including but not limited to false name, date of birth, or payment details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cx555 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. cx555 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

2.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify cx555 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised. cx555 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend your account while the investigation is ongoing.

2.3 Account Non-Transferability. cx555 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Receiving funds into your cx555 account from a third party is prohibited unless expressly permitted by cx555 in writing.

2.4 KYC Verification. cx555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. You agree to supply requested documents within seven (7) business days of the request.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cx555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. cx555 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Currency. All transactions on cx555 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cx555 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Where a player chooses to transact in USDT TRC20, the equivalent PKR value will be calculated at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

3.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on cx555 is Rs 500. cx555 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods, with notice provided on the relevant cashier page.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified cx555 members are typically processed within 2–4 hours during Pakistan Standard Time (PST) business hours. cx555 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or events beyond its reasonable control.

3.5 Own Payment Methods. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. cx555 will not process withdrawals to a payment method not matching the account holder's verified identity. Use of a third party's payment method constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. cx555 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to advance notice. cx555 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder prior to applying any such fee.

4.1 General. cx555 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other incentives to members. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to a cx555 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be specified on the promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse. cx555 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus, systematic low-risk wagering to meet requirements with minimal risk, and wagering on excluded games or markets. cx555 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits will be used before bonus funds unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process following satisfaction of wagering conditions.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets. cx555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already concluded, where odds were published in error, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent intent.

5.2 Palpable Errors. In the event that cx555 posts materially incorrect odds or game parameters due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), cx555 reserves the right to void bets placed at such erroneous odds. cx555 will provide notice of palpable error voidances as soon as reasonably practicable.

5.3 Cricket & Sports Betting. Sportsbook rules applicable to PSL, international cricket, and all other sports markets are published in the cx555 sportsbook rules section. Where a specific rule is not addressed, cx555's general betting rules shall apply. cx555 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time.

5.4 Live In-Play Betting. Bets placed during live in-play markets are accepted subject to a delay to prevent exploitation of live data feeds. cx555 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a player's reliance on real-time score data displayed on the cx555 platform, as this data is provided by third-party suppliers and may be subject to latency.

5.5 Game Integrity. All casino games available on cx555 — including slots, live dealer titles, and instant-win games — are sourced from licensed providers and are subject to independent RTP auditing. Certified RTP figures are available on request. The house edge on all games is a normal and accepted feature of lawful gambling and does not constitute deception.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cx555 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one cx555 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or credentials.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or tournaments.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the cx555 platform.

8.1 All content on the cx555 platform — including but not limited to the cx555 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game titles, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cx555 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cx555 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any cx555 content without prior written consent.

8.3 The cx555 name, logo, and associated marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of cx555. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

9.1 cx555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a cx555 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

9.2 cx555 may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, by court order, or by a competent regulatory authority. cx555 will not sell your personal data to commercial third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

9.3 cx555 employs industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption — to protect personal and financial data transmitted to and from the platform. However, cx555 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for interception by unauthorised third parties beyond its reasonable control.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx555, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the cx555 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings resulting from platform outages.

10.2 cx555's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 cx555 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. cx555 performs scheduled and emergency maintenance and will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible. Bets placed during a platform disruption may be voided at cx555's discretion.

10.4 cx555 is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet service, or network failures that prevent you from accessing the platform or completing a transaction. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when placing time-sensitive wagers.

11.1 By cx555. cx555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms; (b) cx555 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; (c) the member's account shows signs of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; or (d) cx555 ceases to offer services in the member's jurisdiction.

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account, cx555 will conduct a final review of the account balance and any pending transactions. Legitimate real-money balances (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud review.

11.3 By the Member. You may request closure of your cx555 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following final KYC and AML review.

12.1 cx555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, cx555 will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the cx555 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

12.3 The version of the Terms published on cx555.net at the time of any dispute shall be the version that governs that dispute, unless the dispute relates to conduct that predates a subsequent amendment, in which case the version in force at the time of the conduct shall apply.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which cx555 is licensed to operate. cx555 makes no representation that this Agreement is governed by Pakistani domestic law, and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before registering.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and cx555 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through cx555's internal dispute resolution process. Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a full description of the issue and the relief sought.

13.3 cx555 will acknowledge formal dispute submissions within three (3) business days and will endeavour to resolve disputes within twenty-eight (28) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, cx555 will provide details of any applicable external dispute resolution body.

13.4 Nothing in this clause limits cx555's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
